Tim Lane is the Creative Director of Penguin Books, overseeing the visual direction of Penguin's digital, video and branded output. He is responsible for the creative direction of Penguin's campaigns, as well as collaborating with the brand department to create a visual identity for Penguin.
His team, Penguin Creative, is made up of a design team (including UX), a photographer and a production team for Penguin's AV output. The AV output includes podcasts as well as videos.
